Discover Green is glycerin free and ready to use, without any pre-rinse or sanitization. The WaterSep Green Line is true plug-and-play at its best, connect, use and discard.

The extractable level is approximately 80x less than a glycerin conditioned membrane, (see graph below) and after a quick buffer conditioning the HF cartridge is ready to use.

The Discover Green single use laboratory hollow fiber cartridges are ideal for rapid clarification of cell cultures, fermentation solutions and virus/vaccine suspensions, as well as concentration/diafiltration of peptides, enzymes, antibodies and other proteins as well as viruses.

Recommended sample volume for Discover is 10-400ml, or a permeate flow rate of up to 250ml/hr.
